The robotics company Labrador Systems has created a robot that can help so many people with mobility issues. People with arthritis, those with back problems, and the elderly can all benefit from this robot!
They have two models. The Caddie is a fixed height, two-tier shelf frame, with a lower compartment and an upper compartment. The Retriever also has two shelves but it self-adjusts in height and has a system for autonomously retrieving objects. Both make it easier to get or move small objects without needing to strain your back or injure yourself. The users can interact with it through an app or voice-enabled device (like an Alexa), or train it to follow a programmed route on a schedule This robot looks super easy to use - even kids could use it!
